4. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions.
4.1 Return Window:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of pickup or delivery.
4.2 Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
4.3 Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items such as intimate products, perishable goods, food, drinks, perfumes, toiletries, products that are damaged, or used, or are clearly marked "as is" or "final sale" are not eligible for return.
4.4 Refund Process:
- Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email about your refund status.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within Five (5) business days.
- Shipping, Custom duties and Delivery fees are non-refundable.
4.5 Restocking Fees:
- A restocking fee of 25% may apply for returned items.
